Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and pg688 (hereinafter "pg688", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pg688.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the pg688 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

pg688 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where such activities are not prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that accessing and using pg688 is legal in their jurisdiction. pg688 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from unlawful use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the pg688 website, mobile application, and any associated digital services operated under the pg688 brand.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Member on a game, event, or outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" means the real-money balance held within a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds net of wagers and adjusted for winnings and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other non-cash incentive granted by pg688 to a Member, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by pg688 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Sporting Event" means any competitive event — including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC bouts, tennis matches, and esports competitions — offered for betting on the Platform's sportsbook.

To register and maintain an Account on pg688, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pg688, any of its affiliated companies, or any of its game or technology providers.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on pg688 that has been suspended, terminated, or permanently closed by pg688 for any reason.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pg688 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration or access to any individual without providing a reason. Eligibility determinations made by pg688 are final.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, Members must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid Malaysian mobile phone number or email address
• Preferred username and secure password
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR, by default)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pg688 will never ask you to share your password. You must notify pg688 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

pg688 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that pg688 has fulfilled its own security obligations in accordance with its standard practices.

Members are obligated to keep their registered information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name following a legal change, contact number, or bank account information — you must update your Account profile or notify pg688 support promptly.

pg688 is committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage access. As part of these obligations, pg688 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal, and pg688 may request re-verification at any time.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence (all four corners visible, text legible)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, SAJ) or bank statement issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and registered address
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Member holding their identity document, with both the document and face clearly visible
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable

pg688 endeavours to complete identity verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold. pg688 is not liable for any loss resulting from a withdrawal delay occasioned by incomplete or insufficient KYC documentation provided by the Member.

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, or if the documentation submitted raises concerns regarding identity, age, or the source of funds, pg688 reserves the right to freeze the Account and withhold funds pending investigation. In cases where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, the Account will be permanently terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

pg688 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability in your location:

• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (QR and Transfer)
• FPX (Internet Banking) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks
• USDT TRC20 (Cryptocurrency)
• 7-Eleven Cliqq (cash top-up)

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. pg688 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits at its discretion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. pg688 processes most withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard operating hours; however, withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, pending compliance review, or due to delays on the part of the receiving bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed. pg688 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation relating to the source of funds.

All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. pg688 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and will not compensate for rate fluctuations.

pg688 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing. Members with suspended Accounts, those under investigation for abuse, or those who have previously forfeited a bonus for abuse are not eligible to claim further promotional offers unless specifically reinstated by pg688.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the minimum total amount to be wagered — not won — before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The applicable requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated clearly on the promotion page.

pg688 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting requirements (low-risk hedging), and colluding with other players. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.

pg688 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus terms published at the time of a Member's opt-in will apply to that Member's participation in the relevant promotion.

All bets placed on pg688 — whether on live casino games, sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC), or other gaming products — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event, as well as these general betting rules.

A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation screen or reference number is displayed to the Member. pg688 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Incomplete bets — those not confirmed prior to a network disconnection or session timeout — are void, and any funds reserved for such bets will be returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.

In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, prices, or game outcomes — whether caused by technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error — pg688 reserves the right to void any bets affected by such errors and to refund the corresponding stakes. Manifest mistakes include but are not limited to: clearly incorrect odds, duplicate game listings, and incorrect event data.

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled time, insufficient participants, or force majeure events. Specific sport and game rules governing void conditions are published within the Platform.

pg688 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event, which are disclosed at the point of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout for any single bet will be reduced to the stated limit. pg688 will not be liable for any claimed losses arising from payout limits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pg688 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, cheating, or collusion
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another person
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pg688 staff, other Members, or third parties
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pg688 systems, servers, or data

All content available on the pg688 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and game interfaces — is the property of pg688 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of pg688.

Any unauthorised use of pg688's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg688, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, or data
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures outside of pg688's reasonable control
• Losses arising from the Member's own failure to maintain Account security
• Losses attributable to third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers
• Any decisions or outcomes related to the Member's wagers, whether influenced by information on the Platform or otherwise

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pg688's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pg688 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, feature, or service offered through the Platform.

pg688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account — and to withhold or void any balance therein — if pg688 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require the closure of the Account
• The Member is a Prohibited Person

A Member may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pg688 will process any outstanding verified balance to the Member's registered payment method after completing any required compliance checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Upon termination or closure, the Member's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

pg688 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our role in preventing and mitigating problem gambling seriously.

pg688 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Members, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses per session, day, or week. Once reached, the system prevents further wagering for the set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Exclusions are enforced across all game types and take effect immediately.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gameplay that display session duration and net wagering position.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg688 is registered and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising between pg688 and a Member in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. A Member wishing to raise a dispute must submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the issue and the resolution sought.

pg688 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by pg688's licensing authority.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the above complaint procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration institution. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

pg688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pg688 will notify Members via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

The version of these Terms published on the pg688 website at any given time is the current and binding version. pg688 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
